Level 10 is kind of deceiving with its first interaction and with its false clue, like the word cookie it surely points us in wrong direction. But after sometime you will surely find the right path. And it will be a lot easier with the right kind of tool.
After looking for all the cookies I could and getting nothing from them I moved on and started looking for something else. The clue was yet to be found.
Well, if you don’t use right kind of tool, I believe only luck can get you through this mission. As with me, I always use Mozilla Firefox and with that I use the developer tool or firebug to check out the source code of the web pages. If you look the same source code through developer tools, you will be amazed to find some things that get missed by looking at it directly.

After seeing the first paragraph through firebug I saw that some specific words and characters were in italic. So, I just used all the italic words and combined them and used it in the password block and tada, it worked.
But now another new window opens with an error and it wasn’t next mission as well. So you still have to figure out a way to reach level 11. Check the source code again and you will find the answer.
The way to next level is directory traversal. Level 11: rofl.php.
